No matter what type of business you’re running and what you’re
selling, your social media campaigns all have one underlying goal: you
want to get more engagement.
It’s pretty easy to understand why.
The more engaged your audience is, the easier it is for you to build a relationship with them. And when an engaged audience knows, likes and trusts you, then they’ll join your mailing lists and buy your products.
And that’s not all.
Many social media platforms reward content and pages that get a lot of interaction.
Think about it for a moment…
The average person may follow hundreds or even more people on
social media, plus dozens of business-related pages.
There simply isn’t a way for the social media platform to show ALL content from all people and businesses to the users.
So the platform tries to figure out two things:
- What content, specifically, each individual is most likely to enjoy.
For example, if an individual shows a lot of interest in posts
about adopting special needs dogs, then they’re probably going
to be seeing even more of those types of posts. - Which content is popular in general. If you post something that
your followers are liking and sharing at a high rate, then many
social media platforms will show the content to even more of
your followers. What’s more, a viral effect takes hold as your
followers begin sharing or commenting on the content.
So the point is, you should always be looking for ways to increase
engagement.
And that’s exactly what this report will help you do.
